Online Student and Pre-course Registration for Academic Year 2022

Congratulations on passing the interview process. Welcome to our MIF family.

I would like to inform you that the online student registration and pre-course registration as follows.

1. Student registration procedures are as detailed below: May 25 - 27, 2022

1.1 Find your student ID number at: https://web.reg.tu.ac.th/registrar/searchnewstudent.asp
1.2 Fill up and save your personal information at https://reg.tu.ac.th

Click “Login” by filling as follows :
Username: Student ID
Password: Identification ID or Passport ID (for international students)

Remark:

  • TU students, please select Pathum Thani Province to fill out the personal information.
  • If you have problems with filling out information, please contact email prachan@reg.tu.ac.th.

1.3 Upload your color photo JPEC file with 5x6 cm size (591X709 pixel or 300dpi), maximum 1MB. Your photo must be wearing a plain shirt, suit or government officer uniform in a plain color background without wearing hat, glasses, sunglasses and graduation gowns, face forward and look directly into the camera, no flash, closed-lip smile is allowed. (The uploaded photo will be used for a student card).
1.4 Edit information Student could edit own information, except Thai name and ID Card for Thai citizen or Passport number for international student.
1.5 Submission for student ID card, You could follow up the submission status and appointment by clicking on "Request Follow-up" and contact Bangkok bank.
1.6 Download and print out a degree verification form, together with a copy of your certificate or transcript and send to previous university to verify and approve, then send all documents to the office of the registrar at Thammasat University. (Exempt students who are graduated from Thammasat University or Chulalongkorn University can directly send the degree verification form to e-mail prachan@reg.tu.ac.th)
1.7 Upload documents for new student registration:

1.7.1 The PDF file of the Thai ID card or passport (for international students): save file name as TU01 (Please make a certified as true copy)
1.7.2 The PDF file of official transcript or certificate or degree certificate or qualification certificate which shows a conferred date: save file name as TU02 (Please make a certified as true copy)
1.7.3 The PDF file of Medical certificate (within last 6 months) which indicates that "Student is healthy and appropriate to study in the university”: save file name as TU03.

Note:

  • A medical certificate from the clinic is acceptable.
  • The medical certificate is according to the hospital or clinic form.

1.7.4 The PDF file of document for any change of personal information Ex. changing name title or changing name-surname *In cases where the name in education document and ID card name do not match (If any): save file name as TU04 (Please make a certified as true copy)

1.8 Submit the “Student registration document file” via https://forms.gle/NiQDBwBFuGEwHxef8 by May 27, 2022.
1.9 Students group 2 in the final list announcement, please submit the letter of conditional acceptance to the MIF Program by POST to the MIF office by May 31, 2022.

2. Pre-course registration procedures are as detailed below: May 27 - 30, 2022

2.1. Access the website https://reg.tu.ac.th

2.1.1. Change language to EN (for for international students).
2.1.2. Click “Login” by filling as follows:

Username: Student ID
Password: Identification ID or Passport ID (for international students)

2.2. Click “Enrol” on the left panel menu.
2.3. Read through the regulations for registration carefully, then click “Enrol”.
2.4. Click on “Import” button. All granted quota courses MF501 MF502 and MF503 will appear in the upper part of the screen, then click “Click to Confirm” on the left panel menu.
2.5. Click on “Confirm enrolment” button.
2.6. Once the enrolment confirmed will appear the amount of pre-course tuition fee that the student has to make the payment. Then, click "Enrolment Results" to check your enrolment results. If the enrolment is successful, the registration result will show.

Remarks:

  • If the enrolment result does not show, the registration will be considered as unsuccessful.
  • If the Thammasat University Registrar Office has already registered you for the pre-courses, please skip no. 1.2 - 1.5 and make your payment from May 31 - June 1, 2022, via TU GREATS APPLICATION.
