MASTER IN FINANCE INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM

The Master in Finance Program at Thammasat Business School (TBS) is a part-time program providing an opportunity for enrolling students to continue their full-time careers during a two-year study.

Classes are held in selected evenings and during weekends.

Study Abroad

MIF students can choose to study abroad for one full semester during their second year with the program.

In-Coming Students

Course offerings and course description are provided for the incoming exchange students to seek approval of course equivalency from a home university prior to their departure. The incoming exchange students are required to submit a course registration request form which contains a list of selected courses, upon acknowledgement of exchange coordinators at the home university, to the Center for International Affairs before the deadline.

Application for MIF entry in June 2023 is available now
The Master in Finance - International Program (MIF), Thammasat Business School is opened for application for MIF#25 (incoming in June 2023). The application is available from now until April 3, 2023. Interested candidates can submit the application online >>Click Here<<. The MIF Program at Thammasat Business School equips students with fundamental and advanced financial knowledge. During two years, MIF prepares students to work in the rapidly changing and demanding environment. The program is for people who are looking for a career in finance including financial advisors, fund managers, analysts, or risk managers. Our program is highly selective. We seek a diverse group of students that opens opportunities for networking. Our current students are successful professionals in their own fields, and eager to share their experiences with newcomers. We also promote vigorous leadership potential and personal qualities such as maturity, self-confidence, motivation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to meet the demands of a successful career. MIF admissions process is structured to enable potential candidates to demonstrate these skills and also interview examination allows prospective students to show qualities such as interpersonal and communication skills, which are difficult for us to assess on the basis of Maths skill alone. The MIF admits not more than 40 students per year. The qualification requirements and admission criteria are outlined below. A prospective candidate must: 1. Hold a bachelor degree in any field from an institution accredited by Thammasat University Council or its international equivalent. 2. Have English Proficiency and Quantitative skills conforming to Thammasat University Regulations. 3. No need work experience required but some exposure to the financial path is an advantage.
